Our passion for quality and sustainability drives everything we do, from sourcing to serving. Our Story
Joey has been in the seafood business for over 35 Yr's, in all aspects. From Fishing, Crabbing, Shrimping wholesale, Retail and has been a part of several Retail Markets over the years in New Orleans. It is a family tradition dating back to his grandmother starting in the early 1970"s. in the French Quarter. Joey started selling shrimp off the back of his 1984 Ford pic-up out of Ice chests in 1990, and has never looked back.
